Role Summary
We seek a strategic Senior Commercial Finance Manager to drive financial performance, support business growth, and provide insights for decision-making.

Working hours: 37.5 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A): Lead development of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting; provide performance analysis and identify improvement areas.
2. Commercial Strategy: Collaborate with teams to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals; evaluate initiatives' financial impact.
3. Financial Modelling: Build and maintain 3-statement models; conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses.
4. Performance Metrics and KPIs: Establish and monitor KPIs; develop dashboards for senior management reporting.
5. Budget Management: Oversee budgeting process; track variances and provide insights.
6. Business Partnering: Act as finance partner to departments; support sales, product, marketing with financial insights.
7. Risk Management: Identify financial risks; propose mitigation strategies.

About You

• ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified
• Proven senior finance experience, preferably in payments industry
• Strong financial modelling skills, including 3-statement models
• Experience with financial planning tools like Datarails
• Excellent communication skills for non-financial audiences
• Collaborative approach across departments
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Pricing strategy experience is a plus
