Senior Finance Manager | London | Listed Media-Tech | £80,000 – £85,000 + Package

Goodman Masson is exclusively partnering with a high-growth, listed media-tech business to hire a talented Finance Manager. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-scaling, highly profitable company where you’ll take a lead role in shaping the finance function during a critical phase of expansion.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll manage a team of 2. This is a broad, hands-on role with real influence – ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to make change.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead delivery of statutory and management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
Oversee financial reporting, tax, audit, treasury, and internal controls
Oversee year end audit process - partnering with external audit team.
Manage FP&A processes
Maintain cash flow visibility and support working capital management
Lead on VAT submissions and tax compliance
Assist with technical accounting
Be a key driver of financial discipline and control across the business

About You:

A hands-on leader with strong technical background
Prior experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (ideally PE-backed but not a requirement)
Strong communicator who can build trust across finance and non-finance
A natural problem solver – proactive, solutions-driven and process-focused
