️ About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager who will be responsible for understanding, reporting and analysing costs at a strategic level, partnering with business and finance teams. The right candidate will enjoy supporting the business with new initiatives as well as building business cases, presenting & debating investment choices and is comfortable with both digging into details and thinking about the big picture. The role is not focussed on cost-cutting, but rather applying an analytical approach to ensuring that we have adequate resources to deliver against the needs of our hypergrowth business, and achieve the best cost/benefit for the services and products that we procure.

This role is based in our London office, with a hybrid working environment with flexible working from home arrangements and some in-person attendance. We're open to distributed working within the UK (with the expectation of occasional work from our London office for key meetings).

- Video interview with Leadership team from a business area (45 mins)
- Final round with CFO (45 mins)
