We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst in our London office.

Department Overview:

The Commercial Finance department based in London oversees strategic planning and reporting for the EMEA region. The team supports sound financial business decisions and collaborates with departments focused on Retail, Ecommerce, and Wholesale, working alongside counterparts in Manno, Switzerland, and Venlo, The Netherlands.

What You’ll Do:

• Review month-end closure for field payroll across all channels, analyze movements, forecast, and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Prepare reforecasts with business partners for Retail.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and updates for field payroll and real estate.
• Partner with Retail field teams and HR to monitor store headcount, PTS%, productivity, and ensure metrics meet targets.
• Collaborate with retail leadership to set and calculate store bonus targets and commissions, obtaining necessary approvals and processing payroll.
• Develop investment appraisals for retail expansion, monitor store performance post-opening, and challenge assumptions.
• Produce month-end performance packs with variance analysis and insightful commentary.
• Assist senior retail teams with ad hoc analysis to improve business performance.
• Provide support to US and retail teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Ideally 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Recently qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with strong commercial background, preferably in Retail/Ecommerce.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Understanding of the fashion retail business to identify growth and operational opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong business partnering and communication skills across cultures.
• Self-motivated with good time management and project leadership skills.
