Job summary

Chadwick Nott – South East and Thames Valley is assisting a Legal 500 and Chambers listed firm in Reading that seeks an experienced Senior Commercial Disputes Solicitor to join a premier team.

You will handle a varied caseload of complex commercial litigation, including contractual and warranty claims, shareholder disputes, and related matters. The role offers hybrid working, an attractive remuneration package and opportunities to develop client relationships and contribute to BD initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in commercial disputes.
• Experience handling complex commercial litigation including contracts, warranties and shareholder disputes.
• Ability to develop client relationships and contribute to business development.

My client, a Legal 500 and Chambers constant, is seeking an experienced Commercial Disputes Solicitor to join a superb team with an impressive reputation across the Home Counties and wider Southeast.

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of complex commercial litigation, including contractual and warranty claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, unfair prejudice, restrictive covenant disputes, technology and construction litigation, insolvency-related matters and more. The team also provides specialist contentious support across the firm's wider commercial, corporate, employment and property practices, offering excellent breadth of matters and exposure to varied clients and legal challenges.
