Commercial Disputes Associate/Senior Associate - Bristol

We are so excited to be working with this market leading heavyweight Top 50 Bristol firm who are looking to recruit a 4-7 PQE Solicitor into their tier 1 ranked Dispute Resolution team.

This role is perfect for a mid to senior-level lawyer with a background in Insurance Policyholder Disputes, who is also well-versed in handling a variety of general commercial disputes such as professional negligence, commercial contracts, and warranty claims.

You will have the opportunity to work on complex, high-value cases for well-known national and international clients.

As part of the wider dispute resolution team, you will tackle a wide range of challenging cases across multiple sectors and can expect to be involved in high-profile commercial litigation, handling issues like contractual disputes, corporate/shareholder disagreements, fraud, insurance claims, and financial services disputes.

In the insurance sector, the team primarily represents policyholders. While prior experience working with this client base is preferred, it's not essential.

To be considered you will be able to demonstrate experience in working on high-quality commercial litigation matters, either in the High Court or through major arbitration bodies with a strong interest in, and experience with complex insurance coverage disputes.
