You will work across analytics, ML, and stakeholder engagement, building models, dashboards, and KPI frameworks, with exposure to Snowflake, dbt, Python, and modern BI tools.

Qualifications

• Commercial data science experience in product analytics.
• Strong SQL and cloud data warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in Python or R for analytics and ML.
• Experience building predictive models and dashboards.
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer and user journeys to identify trends and opportunities.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to understand product usage and conversions.
• Develop predictive models including churn, engagement scoring, and forecasting.
• Build customer segments and behavioural cohorts for product, marketing and customer success.
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data models.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports and KPI frameworks for stakeholders.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support adoption of data-driven decision making across the organisation.
