Qualifications

• Previous experience within a similar role in Consulting.
• Proven experience in a commercial analyst, business analyst, or supply chain analyst role.
• Experience supporting CRM tools including implementation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and roll-out of a Group CRM system across multiple sites.
• Build and maintain network optimisation models.
• Produce reporting outputs from CRM including pipeline and customer segmentation.
