Job description

Senior Commercial and Pricing Manager, London

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial and Pricing Manager to join our team in London. This role involves working closely with the Head of Pricing and collaborating with Partners, Business Development, Client Solutions, and Technology teams to develop innovative pricing strategies that maximize value for both the firm and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead on complex, high-value pricing opportunities, including client negotiations and business case validation.
  2. Support Partners with commercial input on client pitches, articulating value and financial benefits.
  3. Conduct in-depth client and market analysis to inform pricing decisions.
  4. Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with firm and client objectives.
  5. Monitor pricing model performance to ensure profitability and value delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in pricing high-value, complex deals, preferably in legal, professional, or technology sectors.
  • At least two years of client-facing experience supporting Partners in pricing discussions and negotiations.
  • Experience with diverse pricing models, including outcomes-based and hybrid structures.
  • Experience with international transactions across multiple jurisdictions is preferred.
Additional Information:
