Barclays is seeking a Commercial Analytics Manager to shape Barclaycard Payments’ commercial strategy. You will design data-driven insights and models, collaborate with Product, Finance, Sales, and Analytics teams, and drive growth and profitability.

You will create, develop, and maintain performance models and reporting frameworks, lead a team of analysts, and ensure governance of methodologies and outputs for robust decision-making.

Competenze

• Degree in a relevant analytical discipline.
• Experience with large, complex data and SQL/Python.
• Ability to develop data visualisations and insights.
• Experience leading a team of analysts.
