Innovate UK Loans Limited is seeking a Senior Lending Operations Analyst to oversee the end-to-end loans journey, from onboarding to final repayment, including complex change requests and compliance with AML/KYC. You will prepare regular performance reports for internal and external stakeholders and lead projects to expand funding capability.

The role involves line management of up to two analysts and collaboration with external partners. Occasional travel across the UK is required.

Qualificações

• Degree level or relevant equivalent experience in a change and process-led environment.
• Ability to prioritise multiple workloads and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with legal/contractual documentation for debt finance.
• Strong understanding of loans administration systems and loan products.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Due Diligence and Know Your Customer requirements.
• Experience in line management, coaching and supporting team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day management of the new lending administration system.
• Be first point of contact for lending administration system queries.
• Support analysts to ensure performance targets and SLAs are met.
• Collaborate with wider teams and external stakeholders.
• Oversee data reconciliation and quality management of loan balances.
• Drive continuous improvement of the lending system and implement changes.
• Line manage up to two Lending Operations Analysts.
• Ensure lending policies align with FCA and financial services best practice.
• Review and improve SOPs and process maps for compliance.
