Job summary

Barclay Simpson is partnering with a leading UK financial services organisation to recruit a Lead Commercial Manager – Mortgages in Bradford. This hybrid role blends strong analytical work with shaping portfolio performance and the commercial strategy of a growing lending portfolio.

You will analyse performance, produce executive reporting, and collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Risk and Customer functions while managing relationships with external lending partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, lending or financial services.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced Excel and exposure to Power BI, SQL or similar tools.
• Experience communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

A leading UK financial services organisation is seeking a commercially minded banking professional to join its specialist lending team as a Lead Commercial Manager.

This is an opportunity to move beyond pure analysis and play a key role in shaping portfolio performance, commercial strategy and senior decision-making.

You’ll combine strong analytical capability with stakeholder engagement, using data and insight to influence business outcomes across a growing lending portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
