Halfords Group PLC in Worcestershire is seeking a Senior Commercial Analyst to support the growth and profitability of our Fleet business. You will analyse sales, margin and performance data, and partner with Fleet, Finance and operations to guide pricing and service delivery decisions.

You'll deliver insightful reporting to senior stakeholders, contribute to pricing strategies and tenders, and help drive continual improvement in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior Commercial Analyst/Finance role.
• Strong ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management across levels.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential; Power BI experience beneficial.
• Experience in a fast-paced, complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analysis of sales, margin and performance to drive profitable decision-making.
• Produce and maintain commercial reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Support management of customer contracts via pricing reviews and profitability analysis.
• Collaborate with Fleet, Finance and Ops to influence decisions and drive growth.
• Contribute to tenders, pricing strategies and continuous improvement projects.
