Job Description:

My client is a leading creative agency, currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the London team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who will lead relationships with internal teams to deliver profitability.

Core responsibilities include:

• Analyzing client profitability and main drivers to support pricing, fee decisions, and negotiations.
• Creating and managing data modeling, forecasting, and analysis of client profitability to ensure accurate planning and target setting.
• Analyzing key business metrics such as revenue and profitability by business unit and department.
• Tracking performance against budget and forecast, providing insights into variances, and recommending corrective actions.
• Building trusted relationships with the Client Partnership and Project Management teams. Collecting weekly revenue and resourcing updates, and presenting financial reports to business leaders and the leadership team.
• Driving and supporting the development of tools, reporting, and analysis capabilities within the Commercial Finance team. Responsible for data collection and automation of templates.
• Coordinating with accounting on revenue recognition, costs, and financial adjustments.
• Partnering with Project Management to monitor, track, and approve costs.
• Collaborating with Accounting for project wrap-up processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
