IPS Group Limited in Leeds is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Executive to hit the ground running and take charge of an established book. You will nurture key relationships with mid-market and larger clients, often face-to-face, while driving growth and retention.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to transition larger accounts, identify opportunities and build trust as a safe pair of hands for the business. This role offers autonomy and a clear platform from day one.

This opportunity is aimed at an experienced Commercial Account Executive who knows exactly what good client management looks like and can hit the ground running and take charge of a well developed book.

You’ll inherit an established portfolio generating in excess of £150,000 - £200,000 income, giving you an immediate platform to demonstrate your capability and influence. The role requires someone with credibility, commercial awareness and the confidence to work with both mid-market and larger clients, whether over the phone but mainly face-to-face.

The business is looking for someone who can effectively take the role 'by the scruff of the neck', earn the trust of colleagues and clients, and become a safe pair of hands for an existing book of business. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership and supporting the transition of larger accounts whilst continuing to identify opportunities for growth and retention.

You’ll likely offer:

• A proven background as a Commercial Account Executive.
• Experience managing larger and more complex commercial accounts.
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work independently with minimal training or supervision.
• A track record of retaining and developing existing client relationships.
• Confidence dealing with business owners, directors and senior stakeholders.
