Commercial Account Handler - Ready for Bigger Clients and More Complex Risks?

We're working with a well-established broker that has recently brought teams together in a brand-new Leicester city centre office, creating a modern, collaborative environment and an exciting platform for future growth. The business has ambitious plans, but what stands out is the culture. You will be joining a team that works with a broad range of commercial clients, from established SMEs through to larger mid-market businesses across a variety of sectors. The portfolio includes a mix of Property, Liability, Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined and more complex multi-class programmes, with premiums ranging from a few thousand pounds through to six-figure placements.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your day simply processing straightforward renewals. You'll be involved in understanding clients' businesses, supporting larger and more complex risks, negotiating with insurers, and working closely with experienced Account Executives to deliver the right outcomes for clients.

The successful individual will already have a grounding in commercial insurance and be comfortable dealing with clients, insurers and day-to-day servicing responsibilities. Experience with Commercial Combined, Property Owners, Liability and Fleet risks would be advantageous, although attitude, relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in commercial broking are equally important.
