You will deepen client relationships, retain accounts, and drive cross-sell opportunities across a diverse portfolio of commercial risks. You will generate new business with a target of around £60k and work with a supportive team, including an Account Handler, to deliver the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Account Executive within insurance broking.
• Strong relationship management and client-facing skills.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities through cross-selling.
• Excellent communication and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established commercial book of just under £500k.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure service excellence and retention.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling and additional cover.
• Generate new business aiming for around £60k in new revenue.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver optimal client outcomes.
