Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd in Leeds is seeking an established Commercial Account Executive to manage an existing portfolio and grow the book. You’ll build strong client relationships, maximise retention, and identify cross-selling opportunities within a portfolio that includes manufacturing, construction and motor-related risks.

You’ll receive dedicated Account Handler support and operate within a framework backed by a leading global broker, with a salary up to £80,000 plus a competitive bonus

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance broking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an established commercial portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and maximise retention.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts through cross-selling and additional cover.
• Generate new business with a target of around £60k.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver optimal client outcomes.
