Job summary

Mandarin Oriental Mayfair in London is seeking a Senior Cocktail Server for Hanover Bar to join our Food and Beverage team. You will greet guests, recommend cocktails, maintain exceptional knowledge of bar offerings, and ensure smooth service throughout shifts.

You will work on a rotating schedule, 40 hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays, with a focus on delivering personalised and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end hospitality preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits.
• Ability to deliver personalised service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests in a professional manner.
• Offer drink recommendations and assist with beverage selections.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cocktails, wines and bar offerings.
• Keep mise-en-place and stations well stocked.
• Coordinate service with the kitchen and management team.
• Provide prompt, attentive, and personalised service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Process guest bills accurately and efficiently.
• Support colleagues and uphold Mandarin Oriental service standards.
