Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London is seeking a Senior Cocktail Server to join our Food and Beverage team. You will master guest service, recommend drinks, and maintain bar knowledge.

This 40-hour rotating shift role covers afternoons, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You will coordinate service with the management team, ensure accurate billing, and uphold Mandarin Oriental's legendary quality experiences.

As a Senior Cocktail Server at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and efficient manner.
• Offering drink recommendations and assisting guests with beverage selections.
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of all cocktails, wines, spirits and food offerings available within the bar.
• Ensuring mise-en-place levels are maintained and service stations remain fully stocked and organised.
• Coordinating the smooth and efficient service of food and beverages alongside the management team.
• Ensuring guests receive prompt, attentive and personalised service at all times.
• Processing guest bills accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting colleagues and upholding Mandarin Oriental service standards and Legendary Quality Experiences (LQEs)

As a Senior Cocktail Server, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
