Soho House & Co. in Central London is seeking a Bartender for Mews House Mayfair to support the Bar Manager and ensure the bar operates at the highest standard. You will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and spirits with precision, while delivering a welcoming and sophisticated environment for our members and guests.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Strong cocktail knowledge of classics, techniques and spirits.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and calm presence during busy services.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Personal License or willingness to obtain one (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks to a consistently high standard, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage with members and guests in a warm, professional manner, remembering preferences and delivering a personalised experience.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the bar before, during, and after service.
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and replenishment of supplies throughout the shift.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards always.
• Contribute to the development of new cocktail menus and seasonal drink offerings in collaboration with the bar team.
• Process orders accurately using the POS system and ensure all billing is completed to club standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the floor team, kitchen, and events department to ensure smooth and seamless service.
• Handle member queries and feedback confidently, escalating any concerns to management as appropriate.
