Job summary

The Shepherd Mayfair in London is seeking a lively, passionate cocktail waiter/waitress to join our talented team. You’ll be the face of the guests’ experience, bringing your own flavour to the bar and ensuring guests have a great time from arrival to departure.

We offer a permanent, full-time contract (40 hours per week) with a competitive salary and benefits package. You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of guests’ experience, telling the story of the bar and ensuring from arrival to departure they’re having a great time
• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the bar
• Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and specialty drinks and learn the food menu as well
• Engage with guests, connect with regulars, and anticipate their needs
