The Shepherd Mayfair in London is recruiting a lively, passionate cocktail waiter/waitress to join our Truly Talented team. You’ll be the face of our guests’ experience, telling the story of the bar and ensuring from arrival to departure they’re having a great time.

You should have a passion for hospitality, maintain the highest standards, have knowledge of wines, cocktails and speciality drinks, and enjoy engaging with guests and regulars.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and service in the bar.
• In-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails, and speciality drinks.

Responsibilities

• You’re the face of our guests’ experience and you bring your own flavour to the table, telling the story of the bar.
• You ensure from arrival to departure guests are having a great time.
• Engage with guests, get to know regulars and anticipate their needs.
