Workforce Recruitment and Training in Clevedon is seeking an experienced CNC and/or Manual Turner to join our skilled engineering team. You will operate, set up and program turning machines to produce precision components from engineering drawings, using ProtoTRAK, Fanuc or Siemens controls.

This long-standing company offers a stable, long-term role with a 34-39 hour week, flexible core hours, overtime, and a supportive environment where teamwork and high quality workmanship are valued.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years machining experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with CNC turning and/or manual turning.
• Knowledge of ProtoTRAK, Fanuc and/or Siemens controls is advantageous.
• Commitment to quality and precision.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, set up and program CNC turning machines.
• Manufacture precision components to drawings.
• Select tooling and machining methods.
• Perform first-off inspections and ensure quality.
• Plan and execute machining tasks independently.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
