Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited seeks a CNC Turner to join an established engineering business in Stoke-on-Trent. You will set and operate CNC lathes, interpret drawings, and prove out programs with autonomous responsibility and room for progression into management roles.

The role offers a 4-day week, standard weekday hours, and substantial overtime with bonuses, plus ongoing training including Fanuc programming. A strong mechanical aptitude is essential.

£16ph - £18ph + Overtime + Bonus + 4 Day Week + Programming Training

Are you a CNC Turner, with experience both setting and operating lathe machines, looking to join a highly reputable company offering clear progression routes into management roles with continued company growth, as well as impressive training and development opportunities, specifically full Fanuc Programming training?

In this role you will be responsible for the setting and operating of CNC Lathes, interpreting engineering drawings in order to select and install appropriate tooling's and fixtures alike. You will load and prove out CNC programs to produce precision engineered components, identifying and resolving quality problems.
