Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Bolton CMHT, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff development, and service delivery within a multi-disciplinary team. The role includes on-site management with flexible working considerations and a focus on recovery-oriented care.

The post is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), with enhanced pay for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a comprehensive annual leave package.

• Registered with professional body
• Evidence of further training
• Experience in service improvement
• Experience of supervising staff

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leadership, and development of a multi-disciplinary adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT).
• Participation as a member of the Community Services Management Team in the overall management of community based secondary mental health services.
• Participate in the service bronze on site / on call rota as required.
