Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust is seeking a Team Manager to lead the Bolton CMHT, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff development, and service delivery within a multi-disciplinary team. The role includes on-site management with flexible working considerations and a focus on recovery-oriented care.

The post is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week), with enhanced pay for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a comprehensive annual leave package.

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Team Manager position at Bentley House Community Mental Health Team.

Main duties of the job

To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leadership, and development of a multi-disciplinary adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). The team is integrated, flexible, user-focussed, and recovery-orientated to deliver a safe, effective, and high-quality service to service users with mental health needs, to ensure delivery of the relevant clinical pathways (functional ) as outlined within the CMHT standard operational procedure.

Participation as a member of the Community Services Management Team in the overall management of community based secondary mental health services.

Participate in the service bronze on site / on call rota as required.

  • Pay Enhancements – 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years
