Job summary

The Bolton CMHT is part of Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, delivering community and inpatient mental health care across Bolton and the wider Greater Manchester area. This Team Manager role focuses on day-to-day operational management and leadership for a multi-disciplinary CMHT, ensuring safe, high-quality care and adherence to clinical pathways.

Job description

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Team Manager position at Bentley House Community Mental Health Team. To be responsible for the day-to-day operational management, leadership, and development of a multi-disciplinary adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). The team is integrated, flexible, user-focussed, and recovery-orientated to deliver a safe, effective, and high-quality service to service users with mental health needs, to ensure delivery of the relevant clinical pathways (functional ) as outlined within the CMHT standard operational procedure. Participation as a member of the Community Services Management Team in the overall management of community based secondary mental health services. Participate in the service bronze on site / on call rota as required.

• Pay Enhancements - 30% additional for Evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays and 60% additional for Sundays and Bank holidays.
