Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a Band 7 Mental Health Practitioner for the Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Greater Manchester. The role offers senior clinical leadership, a flexible mix of part-time or full-time work, and a focus on recovery-oriented care within diverse Manchester areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical leadership and direct care across the Adult CMHT pathway.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments, short-term interventions, ongoing care coordination, and discharge planning.
• Support complex formulation, personalised care planning, risk assessment, safeguarding processes.
• Promote DIALOG+ and recovery-focused interventions.
• Manage a caseload with assessment, formulation, and care coordination.
• Provide line management, supervision, and clinical support to Band 6 practitioners and wider team.
• Collaborate with service users, carers and partner agencies to deliver high-quality support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
