Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, 90% Remote, £50,000 to £55,000 Base + 15% to 20% Bonus, + Excellent Benefits.

A leading international Hotel Brand headquartered in Central London has a 90% remote working opportunity for an experienced Senior Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee a portfolio of 3 large hotels.

Responsibilities

1. Produce daily and monthly room forecasts with 3-5% accuracy for review at local and group levels.
2. Oversee detailed weekly M&E forecasts for review at local and group levels.
3. Create detailed daily budget plans covering 365 days annually.
4. Review hotel pricing daily in relation to competitors, demand, and other influencing factors.
5. Maintain and improve RGI % change above the local competitor set.
6. Develop, implement, and execute strategic action plans to enhance hotel revenue performance.
7. Drive incremental revenue across all streams.
8. Manage rates, people, relationships, and systems effectively.
