Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the design, implementation and support of complex Microsoft server and cloud infrastructure in a hands-on senior role. You will deliver end-to-end infrastructure projects, produce designs, and drive technical solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in a senior infrastructure role, deep Microsoft technologies exposure, and a proven track record in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior infrastructure/systems engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of complex infrastructure projects.
• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft server and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and scope technical solutions.
• Produce high- and low-level technical designs, project documentation and implementation plans.
• Provide input into estimates, Statements of Work and change requests.
• Configure and deploy infrastructure per designs.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Support live environments, including maintenance and incident handling.
• Manage service transition and knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure, processes and procedures.
• Own technical tasks from scoping to delivery.
