Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a senior infrastructure/systems engineering role within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong background in Microsoft server and cloud technologies.
• Experience designing, implementing and supporting enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of complex infrastructure projects
• Design, implement and maintain Microsoft server and cloud solutions
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and scope technical solutions
• Produce high- and low-level technical designs, project documentation and implementation plans
• Provide input into estimates, Statements of Work and change requests
• Configure and deploy infrastructure in line with approved designs
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Support live environments, including maintenance and incident response
• Manage service transition and knowledge transfer to support teams
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure and processes
• Own technical tasks from scoping to delivery
