Job summary

FORT – Future of Recruiting Technologists is seeking a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to join a lean team at a pivotal consolidation of security processes. You will assess the current state, implement a compliance framework, and expand security governance across the organisation.

Key focus areas include multi-cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP), IaC with Terraform and OPA, container security for Kubernetes/OpenShift, and embedding security checks into GitLab/Azure DevOps pipelines.

Qualifications

• Deep know-how in AWS; multi-cloud experience (Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Hands-on with IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep, and OPA for guardrails.
• Experience securing containers (Kubernetes/OpenShift) and implementing RBAC and network policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess current security state and implement a compliance framework.
• Lead consolidation of security processes across the organisation.
• Embed security gates into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Identify and remediate cloud vulnerabilities and implement risk controls.
