Qualifications

• 10+ years in Technical Program Management with enterprise delivery experience.
• 3+ years directly managing and developing TPM talent.
• Strong communication, storytelling and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑department initiatives spanning infrastructure tooling and platform development.
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to team members to remove blockers.
• Own performance management for direct reports with goals and development plans.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape strategy and drive outcomes.
• Ensure high‑quality TPM reporting and disciplined operating rhythms.
• Partner with AWS and GCP for delivery and cloud‑related initiatives.
