Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a senior Technical Programme Manager and Workstream Lead for the Cloud Strategic Delivery team in Greater London.

You will guide end-to-end multi-cloud workstreams (AWS/Azure/GCP) to enable Atlas 2.0, build a scalable platform, and drive adoption readiness across internal customers in a matrixed environment. You will lead delivery cadence, partner with engineering for control-plane capabilities, and produce executive governance materials for senior stakeholders,

Qualifications

Significant experience leading complex infrastructure/platform programmes in a large enterprise, financial services preferred.
Hands‑on cloud engineering background combined with senior programme/workstream leadership (TPM / programme manager / workstream lead).
Proven delivery with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) focused on infrastructure platform capabilities.
Strong technical depth in networking and IAM with ability to engage engineering teams at a detailed level.
Experience building and scaling managed services/platform engineering products for internal customers.
Strong executive stakeholder management: influence without authority and produce governance materials.
Demonstrated PMO discipline: RAID, dependency management, documentation, audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end multi-cloud workstream delivery for Atlas 2.0 across AWS/Azure/GCP, prioritizing roadmapped workstreams.
Translate strategy into execution by building integrated delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, outcomes, and adoption readiness.
Own delivery cadence and operating rhythm, including roadmap tracking, sprint/release alignment, dependency resolution, and health metrics.
Partner with engineering to deliver control-plane capabilities (networking, IAM, inventory/asset management, policy/guardrails).
Provide hands‑on technical programme leadership and challenge design for operability and adoption readiness.
Build and scale a managed service operating model with service definitions, onboarding/offboarding, and cross‑team ownership.
Drive day-2 readiness, including runbooks, SLAs/SLOs, incident interfaces and sustained adoption.
Produce governance materials for senior stakeholders and steerco with clear progress narratives.
Run governance forums and ensure timely decisions with actionable outcomes.
Operate audit-ready PMO discipline with RAID, dependency tracking and traceability.
Scale reporting using Jira and Monday.com with consistent work management.
Identify opportunities for AI-assisted delivery efficiency within JPMorganChase tooling.
