Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks a Senior Technical Programme Manager and Workstream Lead within the Cloud Strategic Delivery team to enable Atlas 2.0 across AWS, Azure, GCP and private cloud capabilities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex infrastructure programmes in large enterprises.
• Hands-on cloud engineering background with senior delivery leadership.
• Proven ability to influence executives and produce governance materials.
• Experience with multi-cloud platforms and service onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multi-cloud workstream delivery for Atlas 2.0 across AWS/Azure/GCP, prioritising cloud/workstream based on roadmap and demand.
• Translate strategy into execution by building integrated delivery plans with milestones and adoption readiness.
• Own delivery cadence, roadmaps, sprint alignment, dependencies, and delivery health metrics.
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver control-plane capabilities (networking, IAM, asset discovery).
• Provide hands-on technical programme leadership, maintaining credibility with engineers and architects.
• Scale a managed service operating model, defining service levels, onboarding, and cross-team ownership.
• Drive day-2 readiness including runbooks, SLAs/SLOs, incident interfaces, and adoption capabilities.
• Produce executive governance materials, options analysis, and senior stakeholder updates.
• Run governance forums and steerco rhythms with clear progress narratives and actionable outcomes.
• Operate audit-ready PMO discipline with RAID, dependencies, docs, logs, and traceability.
• Scale tooling and reporting using Jira and Monday.com with consistent workflows across teams.
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted delivery efficiency within JPMorganChase-approved tooling.
