Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Senior Technical Programme Manager and Workstream Lead to drive Atlas 2.0 across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud environments.

You will guide cross-cloud delivery, build integrated plans, and align engineering and product teams to deliver a scalable control plane platform. The role requires depth in cloud infrastructure, strong PMO discipline, and experience delivering complex programmes in regulated enterprises.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex infrastructure/platform programmes in a large enterprise.
• Hands-on cloud engineering background with senior programme/workstream leadership.
• Proven delivery experience with at least one public cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) focused on infrastructure.
• Strong technical depth in networking, IAM, and inventory/asset management.
• Experience building and scaling managed services for multiple internal customers.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority.
• Demonstrated PMO discipline: RAID, dependency management, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end multi-cloud workstream delivery for Atlas 2.0 across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Translate strategy into execution with integrated delivery plans and milestones.
• Own delivery cadence, roadmaps, sprint alignment, and health metrics.
• Partner with engineering to deliver control-plane capabilities (networking, IAM, inventory discovery, policy/guardrails).
• Provide hands-on technical programme leadership and drive operability and adoption readiness.
• Scale a managed service operating model with service tiers, onboarding, and procedures.
• Develop day-2 readiness including runbooks, SLAs/SLOs, incident interfaces.
• Produce governance materials for senior stakeholders (Head of Eng, etc.).
• Run governance forums and steerCo with clear progress narratives.
• Operate audit-ready PMO discipline: RAID, logs, traceability from roadmap to outcomes.
• Scale tooling and reporting using Jira and Monday.com with consistent standards.
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted delivery efficiency within JPM tooling.
