Job summary

Asobbi Ltd is seeking a Principal / Senior Technical Program Manager to own and deliver complex, technically demanding programmes across the organisation. The role is remote across the UK (and Ireland) with initial hands-on ownership and heavy IC focus.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep programmes moving toward successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Technical Program Management at principal, manager or senior manager level
• Strong track record of delivering complex, technically demanding programmes in cloud environments
• Experience working cross-functionally across Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer teams
• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills with communication to C‑suite executives
• Previous people-management experience and ability to build and lead a team over time
• Self-starter with high autonomy and initiative

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex technical programmes within a cloud environment from planning through execution
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer teams to align priorities and maintain momentum
• Serve as a customer-facing leader, managing relationships with senior stakeholders and executives
• Identify risks, dependencies and challenges across programmes and drive solutions to completion
• Operate as hands-on IC during first 6–12 months and establish yourself in the organisation
• Over time, build and lead a TPM/PM function including hiring Senior Programme Managers and PMs

PRINCIPAL / SENIOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER | UK

Location: Remote across UK or Ireland

We're supporting a growing technology business looking for a highly senior Technical Program Manager to take ownership of complex, technically demanding programmes across the organisation.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, working with customers and senior stakeholders, and driving complex technical initiatives through to delivery. Initially, the role will be heavily IC-focused, with the opportunity to build and lead a TPM/PM team as the organisation grows.

• Take ownership of complex, high-impact technical programmes
• Work at the intersection of cloud, engineering, product and customer delivery
• Have significant autonomy and visibility across the organisation
• Work directly with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
• Build and lead a TPM/PM function as the role evolves

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the delivery of complex technical programmes within a cloud environment, driving projects from planning through to successful execution
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer teams to align priorities and keep programmes moving
• Act as a key customer‑facing leader, managing relationships and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
• Identify risks, dependencies and challenges across programmes and drive solutions through to completion
• Operate as a hands‑on individual contributor during the first 6-12 months, establishing yourself within the organisation and delivering against key priorities
• Over time, build and lead a TPM/Programme Management team, including hiring Senior Programme Managers and PMs
