Deerfoot IT Resources Limited is recruiting a Senior DevOps Engineer in Oxfordshire for a hybrid role with 2 days in the office. You will design secure multi-account AWS environments and manage container platforms with GitOps.”

You’ll lead security reviews, monitor resilience, and help control cloud spend while coaching developers on secure delivery in a growing UK technology company.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AWS and Kubernetes experience required.
• Terraform, Helm, CI/CD pipelines and GitOps experience.
• Bash, Python or Go scripting; security testing in pipelines.
• Experience with multi-account AWS environments and on‑prem clusters is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design and run secure multi-account AWS environments defined as code.
• Manage cloud and on‑prem container platforms with GitOps deployments.
• Lead security reviews and hardening across the estate.
• Own monitoring, alerting and resilience, including backup testing.
• Manage cloud spend and support compliance audits.
• Handle incidents and coach developers on secure delivery.
