Dexory is hiring a DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, on a hybrid basis (on-site about one day per week). You will define, build and operate infrastructure and tooling to support fast deployments, reliability, and automation across cloud platforms.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, IaC, monitoring, incident response and collaboration with engineering teams. We welcome experience across AWS/Azure/GCP, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD tooling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, infrastructure or platform engineering roles in a high-growth tech company.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficient with Terraform and IaC practices.
• Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tooling (GitHub Actions).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Bash, Go or TypeScript.

Responsabilités

• Develop and Maintain CI/CD pipelines and tooling for multiple teams.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across providers using Kubernetes, for apps and internal services.
• Build infrastructure-as-code with Terraform (Terraform Cloud).
• Support monitoring, logging, observability and alerting via Grafana.
• Drive DevOps best practices across teams: reliability, velocity, automated testing, rollback, security.
• Participate in incident response, post-mortems and improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering to align infrastructure.
