Job summary

Tungsten Automation Corporation seeks a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to own and operate the cloud services that power our enterprise SaaS platform from Derry. You’ll lead incident response, optimization, and day-to-day management with a focus on reliability and scalable architecture.

You will collaborate across teams, mentor colleagues, and apply AI-enabled tools to streamline routines while maintaining governance and security. On-site presence in Derry is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AWS and Azure.
• 5+ years Linux/Windows Server.
• Cloud/SaaS deployments experience.
• Strong incident management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and resolve issues at platform and app levels.
• Deploy software and infrastructure for customer deployments.
• Monitor system status, performance, capacity and patches.
• On-call rotation and vendor liaison for daily operations.
• Maintain assets, licenses, and cloud resources.
• Mentor teammates and adopt AI tools with governance.
