Job summary

Datadog is seeking an experienced Implementation Architect to lead customer onboarding, design technical roadmaps, and guide deployments of the Datadog platform. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

The role requires cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps tooling, and a proven track record in professional services. This hybrid role offers flexible work arrangements and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Designing and delivering technical solutions for DevOps Monitoring or architecture systems.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and compute technologies (EC2, serverless, VMware, VMs, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Config Management, IAC and CI/CD tools (Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Chef, Jenkins, CircleCI, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines).
• Experience programming/scripting in Java, Python, Ruby, Go, Node.JS, PHP, .NET.

Responsibilities

• Design and guide execution of Datadog implementations, including requirements gathering and architecture.
• Guide customer onboarding through co-development sessions and assist roadblocks.
• Write automation and design deployment templates.
• Manage the operation of implementation projects.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, TAC, and Sales for onboarding.
