Qualifications

• Level 3 vocational qualification or equivalent in patient and clinical care duties.
• National Care Certificate or commitment to complete within 12 weeks of commencing employment.
• Numeracy and Literacy Level 2.
• Experience in health or social care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within patients' homes within a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform clinical observations and record patient information.
• Assist with catheterisation, venepuncture, wound care and diabetes care.
• Work under supervision of registered health care professionals.
