Main duties of the job

The Senior Clinical Service Matron plays a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership and overseeing the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate clinical services within a newly established region. As a core member of the regional leadership team, this role is instrumental in launching and embedding services in a new geographical area, building clinical operations from the ground up, and ensuring they align with national standards and the organisation's core values.

This position calls for a dynamic, forward-thinking leader with the vision and drive to build high-performing teams, design robust clinical pathways, and cultivate a culture of excellence from day one. The Senior Clinical Service Matron will collaborate closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure the successful mobilisation of services, while also managing a team of Clinical Managers to deliver high-quality care throughout the client journey.

Job responsibilities
