A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee several branches in the Midlands. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the Industrial sector and possess a hands-on approach to managing teams. This role offers significant support from senior managers and a competitive commission structure, perfect for a motivated individual ready to drive success in a dynamic environment.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to work for a very successful and growing Recruitment Agency, managing 6 branches dealing with Industrial and Driving Recruitment. You will have the backing of an award-winning, forward-thinking, and industry-leading agency and all the support you need from Senior Managers. Our client has offices throughout the Midlands (Birmingham, Rugby, Leicester, Loughborough, and Oxford), so you will be able to work remotely or from your nearest branch.
The ideal candidate would have experience within the Industrial Sector and be currently working in a similar role as a Regional Manager across the East and West Midlands.
