The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues related to patients' care pathways. They will work as part of a team, providing expertise in managing the patient pathway from referral to treatment, ensuring smooth operation throughout.
The role requires ensuring high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being accessible, customer-focused, and knowledgeable. The post holder will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within designated timescales.
