We are recruiting an experienced Legal Secretary for our Clinical Negligence Team in Sheffield

We seek a talented individual to handle a high volume of cases, including tasks such as chasing medical reports, reviewing records, and preparing trial bundles. Managing medical/treatment instructions, sending instructions to Counsel, paying disbursements, and drafting client correspondence are also key responsibilities. Additional duties include running retainers, assisting Fee Earners, reviewing CCTV footage, and booking legal hearings.

The role also involves administrative tasks such as arranging conferences, managing ledgers (client balances and aged debt), file transfers, and providing client updates.

Applicants should have previous legal secretarial experience; a law degree is not required.
