Job summary

HCRG Care Group in Swindon is seeking an experienced Highly Specialist Psychologist to deliver and develop psychology services for adults with learning disabilities. You will assess, formulate and provide interventions for those with highly complex needs within a multidisciplinary team.

You will offer consultation, supervision and training to colleagues and partner professionals, embedding psychologically informed practice across the service.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical psychology assessment, formulation and intervention skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly specialist psychological assessment, formulation and intervention for adults with learning disabilities, supporting individuals with complex psychological, emotional and behavioural needs.
• Provide consultation, supervision and training to colleagues and partner professionals to embed evidence-based practice.
• Lead service development, quality improvement and research initiatives.
