The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust Pharmacy Department is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic pharmacist who is keen to work in a department that is rapidly evolving its practices to improve patient care.
The Department is forward-thinking and utilizes innovative IT approaches to enhance patient care and departmental efficiency.
We encourage innovative thinking to optimize available resources for the best patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will primarily work on our Respiratory ward but will also provide clinical pharmacy services to other medical specialties as needed. They will be encouraged to integrate into the Clinical Services Unit (CSU) and utilize their prescribing skills to ensure safe and effective patient care.
They will lead initiatives related to respiratory medicine within the department and serve as a link between pharmacy, medical, and nursing colleagues in the specialty.
Participation in training early career pharmacists and developing management and mentoring skills will be encouraged.
