Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Planning & Production Solution Senior Associate to provide system and label support across CSO operations, ensuring high-quality clinical supplies are delivered on/through studies. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies, participate in compliance and inspection readiness, and drive continuous improvement using CSO enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or MBA/MA/MS with relevant experience.
Proven project management and prioritization skills within Clinical Supply Packaging/Labeling/Distribution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Execute P/L/D transactional tasks in CSO systems to ensure timely delivery of clinical supplies.
Apply systems expertise across CSO enterprise platforms (EMD365, CSDS/Aeris, Clementine, Prisym360).
Ensure timely completion of system-related tasks for assigned P/L/D jobs.
Support compliance, inspection readiness, and risk assessment for P/L/D activities.
Contribute to continuous improvements in CSO systems and operating model.
